GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
These General Terms and Conditions of Contract, hereinafter referred to as CGC, regulate the terms of purchase of various products offered on the website fellowshipbarcelona.com, owned by BCN SHOULDER FELLOWSHIP SL, hereinafter referred to as FELLOWSHIP BARCELONA, with CIF B02900280 and registered address at C/ Gaudí, 44, 2, 2. 08243 (MANRESA) BARCELONA. Users making purchases on fellowshipbarcelona.com fully accept these CGC and will be bound by them as they were drafted at the time of contracting. It is a prerequisite to read and accept the CGC prior to purchasing any product through fellowshipbarcelona.com FELLOWSHIP BARCELONA reserves the right to modify the CGC at any time and without prior notice. The CGC will always be accessible on the website for users to consult or print at any time.
CONTRACTING
- THE CLIENT aims to undergo their medical training with FELLOWSHIP BARCELONA during the agreed-upon time frame with the organization, and therefore purchases the product intended for this purpose at the specified price.
- FELLOWSHIP BARCELONA undertakes to provide the aforementioned training according to the quality and attention criteria agreed upon between the parties during the agreed-upon time frame.
- THE CLIENT holds a medical degree with the necessary specialization to undertake their course with FELLOWSHIP BARCELONA. They have liability insurance in their country of origin that allows them to practice medicine in accordance with the criteria and laws of their place of residence.
- THE CLIENT commits to completing their training with FELLOWSHIP BARCELONA during the agreed-upon time frame and to paying the total cost of their training fifteen days before the start of their training.
- THE CLIENT is aware and agrees that if, for reasons that cannot be justified, they do not complete their training with FELLOWSHIP BARCELONA, the SERVICE PROVIDER will exercise the right to retain €700 for administrative expenses incurred by THE CLIENT.
- Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith and apply the most suitable methods to ensure that this cooperation is of high quality.
BILLING AND PAYMENT METHOD
For customers who require an invoice for their purchase, it is noted that, in accordance with Royal Decree 1619/2012 of November 30, which approves the regulation that regulates invoicing obligations, the deadline for issuing invoices is the 16th day of the month following the month in which the corresponding purchase took place. Payment can be made using credit or debit cards, American Express cards, or by bank transfer. The payment by credit card used on FELLOWSHIP BARCELONA is processed through Caixa Bank’s payment gateway. With this payment method, BCN SHOULDER FELLOWSHIP SL never collects or manipulates any customer data related to their card number. All data is processed directly by Caixa Bank, ensuring maximum transparency and confidentiality in transactions conducted through fellowshipbarcelona.com. Payment for your order is made directly with the banking institution, offering you the highest security. The payment gateway currently accepts all cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo, as well as those belonging to Servired.

The legal basis for processing will be based on the existing contractual relationship, consent, or legitimate interest (direct marketing) or legal obligation, in some cases. The data provided will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship is maintained or for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION
FELLOWSHIP BARCELONA reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the website and the products offered without prior notice, at its own discretion or at the request of a third party, to users who violate these terms of use.
Right of Withdrawal As it is an educational product, the customer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal (money back) for the purchase made. Regarding services, there will be no right of withdrawal once it has been fully executed or has commenced.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Conflict Resolution. To resolve any dispute or conflict arising from the purchase of products, the provisions of common Spanish law will apply. The parties, with their express waiver of their own jurisdiction or any other that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona for the resolution of any litigious issues that may arise in relation to the interpretation, validity, effectiveness, or compliance with the purchase.
